Refund Policy

1. General Policy

SKY Education Consulting Services (“SKY,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides consulting services, digital platforms, and educational products designed to deliver immediate value. Because our work includes intellectual property, strategy development, and digital access, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

2. Consulting Services

Payments for consulting services—including strategy sessions, workshops, coaching, professional development, and advisory services—are non‑refundable once:

  • A session has been delivered

  • Work has begun

  • Materials have been created or shared

  • A project has entered the planning or development phase

If you need to reschedule a session, we will gladly accommodate with at least 24 hours’ notice.

3. Digital Products & Platform Access

Purchases related to:

  • North Star Pathways

  • SKY Lumen

  • SKY Atlas

  • Digital downloads

  • Online courses

  • Memberships or subscriptions

are non‑refundable once access has been granted.

If you experience technical issues, we will work with you to resolve them promptly.

4. Subscription & Licensing Fees

Subscription fees, platform licenses, and institutional contracts are non‑refundable after activation.
Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only and do not result in prorated refunds.

Institutions may have separate terms outlined in their service agreement or Data Protection Addendum (DPA).

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
We will investigate and correct any verified billing mistakes.

6. Event Registrations

Payments for events, trainings, or workshops are non‑refundable, but may be:

  • Transferred to another participant

  • Credited toward a future event (case‑by‑case approval)

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases involving:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Failure to deliver a service due to SKY error

  • Legal or compliance‑related obligations

Approval is at the sole discretion of SKY Education Consulting Services.
